WHAT ARE TRADITIONAL SNACKS

Traditional snacks are simply the snacks whose ingredients can be found at home, and their preparation doesn't require much effort.

Examples are: Puff puff,scotch eggs, sausages rolls etc

My top 5 healthy snacks are:
  1. Greek yogurt
  2. Nuts(I really like this)
  3. Fruits 
  4. Suya/kilishi
  5. Dark chocolate
Im sure you must be surprised to see suya there,well suya as we know is grilled meat garnished with pepper, onions, cabbage and many other things.

The reason suya is part of my top 5 healthy snacks is because it's rich in protein,and of course we all know the benefits of the onions and vegetables it's been garnished with.

Alot of us may not consider suya as a snacks, because it's more of an appetizer,but you asked for my top 5 healthy snacks,and there you have it.
