Looking for amazing food to eat? Check out my Charbroiled oysters recipe I'm sure you'll like it.
Also, a lot of people believe that Charbroiled and chargrilled oysters aren't safe to eat, and may not have been properly cooked enough for consumption. But I'm reassuring you that they are safe and healthy to eat.
Now let's go to the fun part
INGREDIENTS
- 3 Pounds of butter, softened
- Few dozens of oysters on the half shell
- 2 Tablespoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 2 cups grated mixed Parmesan and Romano
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
DIRECTIONS
1: Combine your butter, garlic, pepper, and oregano in a bowl and mix.
2: Heat your grill to the hottest, or just heat your gas, and place the oysters on the half shell directly over the hottest part. Then gently spoon your seasoned butter over the oysters.
You would know if the oysters are ready when they get curly on the sides after about 5-7 minutes. Sprinkle the grated Romano, Parmesan, and Parsley on too of your oysters.
Serve and enjoy with some french bread.
