Combined in this article are two banana smoothie recipe. First with the added dates, the other with pineapple juice.
For the first one, banana dates smoothie recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 3 ripe bananas
- 3 medjool dates
- Pure water
- Cocoa powder[optional]
- Cinnamon [optional]
- Vanilla [optional]
PROCEDURES
- Soak dates for about one or two hours in pure water before using it.
- Combine all ingredients in blender and process untill smooth
- Store in a can,and pit in a refrigerator to cool.
Enjoy.
The second is banana pineapple smoothie recipe
INGREDIENTS
- 1 ripe banana [sliced]
- I cup of pineapple juice
- Some ice cubes
PROCEDURES
Combine all your ingredients in your blender
Blend until it's smooth
Enjoy.
