Easy 1000 calorie smoothie shake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of frozen mixed berries
  • 1 banana
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Directions

Step 1

Add all of the ingredients to a blender.

Step 2

Blend on high speed until smooth.

Step 3

Pour the smoothie into a large glass or two smaller glasses.
