This vegan vegetable soup is not only made with easy-to-use ingredients, it's also delicious and nutritious.
Being a soup lover that I am, I spend most of my time working on new recipes to make my vegetable soup a little different than the previous.

Ingredients
- Celery
- Olive oil
- Green beans
- Peas
- Garlic
- Onions
- Vegetable stock
- Salt
- Grounded black pepper
- Carrot
How Do You Make Vegetable Soup From Scratch?
- Heat your oil in a pot
- Saute the garlic, celery, and onion over medium heat until golden brown.
- Add remaining ingredients and boil for about 30 minutes.
- Serve the vegan vegetable soup immediately as it is still hot.

Note
Oil: I used olive oil for this recipe, and most of my dishes because it's healthier, but you can however use any type of oil you deem fit.
Vegetable Stock: I prefer using vegetable stock because of its unique flavour, and it enhances the taste of the vegan vegetable soup. However, you can make use of water too.
Seasonings: feel free to use other herbs to taste, such as fresh parsley, basil, thyme, or rosemary.
